Essentially private yet only minutes away from everything.Comfortable and well furnished to a European standard with the ambience of pure Indian design.Cool marble tiled floors and balconies where you can enjoy a glass of wine or a local beer, in the cooler,evening air listening to the sounds of India.Two bedrooms with ample storage space for your holiday clothes.There is also a bed settee so that 6 people can sleep in the apartment. Apartment cleaning is every other day and is included, so you don't even have to wash up. Being on the top floor there is often a cool,sea breeze blowing through the apartment, but if not simply switch on the air conditioning. Enjoy!

Area Description

Colonia de Braganza is an attractive holiday resort situated in the heart of the exciting and colourful Calangute area of Goa.There are 2 sparkling swimming pools and the main beach is just a 7 minute stroll away.There are excellent bars,cafes and international restaurants nearby. Once a small fishing village,Calangute still retains its charm as a delightful, safe place to stay.There is a picturesque open fruit and seafood market, and a daily market of Tibetan and Kashmiri artefacts.There is a great nightlife and abundant watersports which can be enjoyed in a terrific all year round climate which rarely drops below 70F.Temples, churches, animal sancturies and waterfalls can all be experienced within easy reach of the apartment.Please remember this is India and so the streets are not clean or tidy!

Local buses are available just outside the resort hotel.
Our driver will be happy to take you wherever you want to go.When you book, we will send you his direct contact no so you can text him with your arrival details.Inexpensive taxis are always available.But
for a fun ride, why not take a tuc tuc, also easily available just by the hotel.
There is 24 hour reception cover for any assistance or information that you may need.This includes check in and check out.Please note the English speaking staff are only on duty during the day.
